A man died Tuesday afternoon in a collision on Interstate 75 southbound in Atlanta near Cleveland Avenue.
Georgia State Patrol said a 2001 Nissan Xterra was non-functional and blocking a middle lane when a black 2017 Infiniti approached from the rear.
