Josh Brolin is done with Georgia. The Thanos actor officially sold his Sandy Springs estate for $4 million on September 28, 2026 and the buyer is a private individual, not another Hollywood name.
The deal was first confirmed by TMZ, with listing agent Jacob Bean of Studio Housing Atlanta handling the sale.
