Josh Brolin has officially sold his charming Georgia estate.
In late September, the Duneactor, 58, sold his traditional-style home in Sandy Springs, Ga., a suburb just outside of Atlanta. Brolin, who shared the property with wife Kathryn Boyd Brolin, 38, received $4 million for the sale, according to Realtor.com.
Brolin initially listed the house with a $5 million asking price in April, before the listing was removed from the market three days later. It reappeared with a $249,000 price cut in June.
“It’s a charming ‘one-of-one’ property that manages to feel like a private resort while remaining incredibly approachable,” Brolin’s realtor, Jacob Bean, said in a statement shared with PEOPLE back in May. “The Brolins poured so much love into the curation of this estate, and the result is a beautiful compound that has quite literally been the preferred home-away-from-home for Hollywood’s elite while filming in Georgia.”…
