I-285 will close in both directions between Atlanta Road and South Cobb Drive, causing major disruptions and delays for drivers in Cobb County and the west side of Atlanta.
The Georgia Department of Transportation said the closure starts at 7 p.m. and will last until 5 a.m. Monday.
