The trial for Atlanta police officer Garrett Rolfe, who is accused of attacking a bar security guard, will not start as planned.
Rolfe’s attorney filed a late motion asking to move the trial out of Fulton County.
At the same time, the solicitor’s office asked to step aside because of a conflict of interest, so a state prosecutor will now take over the case…
