A Cobb County jury awarded a woman a $2.5 million verdict after a serious crash left her needing a spinal fusion surgery for neck injuries she sustained.
The woman was represented by Morgan & Morgan attorneys, who took on her case after a rear-end collision seriously injured her while she drove on Cobb Parkway in 2023.
According to Morgan & Morgan, the woman was attempting to turn right onto Cobb Parkway from Roberts Boulevard when she stopped to yield for oncoming traffic.
The vehicle behind her did not and rear-ended her, leaving her with neck injuries in need of what the law firm described as extensive treatment, including injections, a DiscFX procedure and a spinal fusion surgery…
