ATLANTA, Ga. (Atlanta News First) – Police surrounded a home in southwest Atlanta early Monday morning after a man reportedly barricaded himself inside. A call came in at 2:04 a.m. about a “person armed” at a home on the 1000 block of Fair Street SW, according to the Atlanta Police Department.
