DeKalb County police have zeroed in on a suspect following a fatal shooting that rocked a Lithonia apartment complex early Wednesday, which left one person dead and another in critical condition. The violence unfolded just before the break of dawn at the Windward Forest apartments on Embarcadero Drive, close to Emory Hillandale Hospital, FOX 5 Atlanta reports.
