An Atlanta 17-year-old is accused of child molestation.
Pedro Guimaraes is accused of committing sex acts with an 11-year-old girl between Dec. 24, 2023, at 10 a.m. and Dec. 25, 2023, at 7 a.m. at a Marietta residence, according to an arrest warrant from the Cobb County Police Department.
Guimaraes is charged with four counts of child molestation felony. He was arrested on Feb. 6 at 9:45 a.m. and booked into the Cobb County Adult Detention Center, according to jail records.
Guimaraes remains in custody without bond.
