ATLANTA, Ga. (Atlanta News First) – A Gwinnett County inspector uncovered serious health violations this week inside an Asian restaurant on Jimmy Carter Boulevard in Norcross. Kinsen Thai Ramen and BBQ failed with 39 points and a “U” for unsatisfactory. The report says raw beef was stored over cooked chicken. An employee touched raw fish with their bare hands. Plus, the facility lost power during the inspection and continued to operate without a working cooler.
