A man was shot late Monday evening on Fairburn Rd. in Southwest Atlanta, prompting a swift response from local law enforcement. The Atlanta Police Department reported that Zone 4 officers were dispatched to 320 Fairburn Rd. SW at 8:58 p.m., where they found a 36-year-old male suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. The victim, who remained alert and able to communicate, was promptly transported to the hospital by ambulance.
