Seven people who died after a portion of a gangway at a ferry dock collapsed into Georgia waters were identified Sunday. Among the dead was 77-year-old Charles Houston Jr., of Darien, a chaplain for the Georgia Department of Natural Resources, which is the agency investigating what caused the ganway’s “catastrophic failure.”
