Augustine Joseph, 36, of Rosedale, New York, is accused of intentionally biting and removing a mouthful of calf muscle from the victim’s right leg during a physical fight on Oct. 5 at 1:50 a.m. at The Battery Atlanta, according to an arrest warrant from the Cobb County Police Department.
Joseph is also accused of intentionally running into and knocking over another man, causing visible injuries to his shoulder; and walking away from a bar and becoming belligerent with a bartender, according to the warrant.
Joseph is charged with aggravated battery disfigure; battery – visible harm; and theft of services – less than $1,500. He was arrested on Oct. 5 at 2:30 a.m. and booked into the Cobb County Adult Detention Center, according to jail records.
Joseph remains in custody without bond.
