Austell Woman Accused of Shooting up a Car

Yosfragny Gonzalez, 29, of Austell, is accused of threatening a man to come outside of a residence at 4705 Spring Gate Drive in Powder Springs, on Nov. 16 at 12:08 a.m. When the victim refused to come out, Gonzalez shot his vehicle three times, according to an arrest warrant from the Powder Springs Police Department.

Two shell casings were found at the crime scene and the victim had a shattered passenger window with a bullet hole in the inside of the door, according to the warrant.

Gonzalez is charged with reckless conduct; criminal damage – second degree; and discharge weapon near street. She was arrested on Nov. 16 at 4:28 a.m. and booked into the Cobb County Adult Detention Center, according to jail records.

Gonzalez remains in custody without bond.
