19-year-old accused of killing a man during Atlanta carjacking denied bond

ATLANTA, Ga. (Atlanta News First) – The man accused of shooting and killing a 70-year-old man during a carjacking will remain in jail, a judge decided on Monday morning.

The decision comes almost a month after police say 19-year-old Jaylen Mosley shot David Tuttle on Metropolitan Parkway.

Prosecutors say he was caught on surveillance video approaching Tuttle in a parking lot with an extended magazine 380 caliber weapon. When Tuttle didn’t immediately get out of the car, witnesses told police they saw the man they identified as Mosley shoot Tuttle, pull him out of the car and drive away in the stolen vehicle…
