ATLANTA, Ga. (Atlanta News First) – Atlanta News First had tough questions for management at a creole restaurant on South Cobb Drive in Smyrna this week.
Creole Orleans failed a routine inspection with 60 points and a “U” for unsatisfactory. The report says raw meat was marinating in the produce sink, an employee failed to wash their hands after touching their face and chicken, fish and tomatoes were at unsafe temperatures.
“The electricity in the building was having issues if you look at the notes in general so the refrigeration, everything was affected,” A manager named Crystal said. “Everything was corrected the next day which is why it was given approval to reopen to the public.”…
