ATLANTA – In a historic moment for the Georgia House of Representatives, Bryce Berry, a 23-year-old born in 2001, was sworn in as the first member born after the turn of the millennium.
Representing the 56th District, Berry secured his seat with a landslide victory against Republican incumbent Mesha Mainor. He had more than 80% of the vote.
He said he believed the strong support he received from his constituents proved how much his platform built on change resonated with them.
