Driver Facing Multiple Charges After Drifting Incident

MORROW — A suspect is facing nearly a dozen charges after being arrested for a Jan. 11 drifting incident that injured three pedestrians near Southlake Mall.

Morrow police arrested Jacob Donald Anselmi, 22, Friday, Jan. 17 on 11 charges — including hit and run; failure to render aid; giving false name, address and birth date; false statements and writings; laying drag; driving with suspended registration; removing tag with intent to conceal vehicle identity; reckless driving; reckless conduct and obstruction.
