ATLANTA, Ga. (Atlanta News First) – MARTA announced it will resume bus, streetcar and mobility services on a phased schedule on Thursday after suspending service because of Tuesday’s winter weather.
Bus service will return in these phases:
- Phase one will resume service at 1 p.m. on the following routes: 6, 19, 40, 78, 107, 110, 111, 123, 185 and 196.
- Phase two will resume service for the 5, 15, 39, 50, 71, 73, 78, 83, 89, 95, 117, 121, 181, 186 and 193 routes.
- Phase three will then resume any remaining routes.
Other services will operate as follows:
- Rail service will start at 6 a.m. and have 20-minute frequency on every line. Red Line will operate from North Springs to Lindbergh, and North Springs to Airport Station.
Once road conditions clear up, service will increase to weekday levels, allowing the Red Line to extend to the airport station.
Streetcar service will begin at 8:15 a.m. and operate as scheduled. Mobility service will resume at noon. The first pick-up will be at 1 p.m. for just medical trips, according to MARTA…
