JACKSONVILLE, Florida — A 48-year-old woman from Atlanta, Georgia, has been indicted on charges of aggravated identity theft and making a false statement on a passport application. If convicted, Jermirria Jackson faces a minimum sentence of two years and up to 12 years in federal prison.
