SAVANNAH, Ga. (WTOC) – Earlier this week, Georgia state representatives voted to advance a bill would allow property owners to be compensated by local governments.
That’s if those municipalities aren’t enforcing certain laws, ordinances and regulations that largely relate to homelessness, including things like panhandling and homeless encampments.
