DEKALB COUNTY, Ga. — DeKalb Police continue to investigate after a 3-year-old was killed in a dirt bike crash in Stone Mountain on Friday.
Officers responded to the intersection of N. Hairston Road and Chatfield Road around 7:21 p.m. Friday, Feb. 28, after reports of a serious crash. Investigators found a 3-year-old child seriously hurt, along with two adults who suffered non-life-threatening injuries. All three were rushed to local hospitals, where the child later died from their injuries.
