Jordan Pack, 35, of Atlanta, Georgia, was sentenced on March 6, 2024, to 66 months in prison followed by three years of supervised release for two counts of unlawful possession of a firearm and ammunition by a convicted felon and one count of unlawful possession of ammunition by a convicted felon.
Pack, also known by the alias “William Tate,” pleaded guilty to the charges on November 12, 2024. According to Acting U.S. Attorney Richard S. Moultrie, Pack had a history of violent felony convictions, including an armed robbery in 2008, for which he was sentenced to 20 years in prison, serving 10 years before his release in 2018.
