ICE: Man accused of killing Marietta woman identified as undocumented immigrant

ATLANTA, Ga. (Atlanta News First) – A 21-year-old man accused of killing a Marietta woman in mid-March has been identified as an “undocumented illegal immigrant,” a spokesman for the U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement Atlanta field office said on Friday.

Hector David Sagastume Rivas faces charges of felony murder and aggravated assault for allegedly killing 52-year-old Camilia Williams.

Rivas is from Honduras and has been in the United States since March 2021, ICE said. He was living with two other undocumented immigrants, who have also been arrested an detained by the Department of Homeland Security.
