Atlanta R&B group TLC has developed a musical about their colorful career that will open in the District of Columbia in 2026.
“CrazySexyCool ― The Musical” will debut at Arena Stage in June 2026 and run for eight weeks.
TLC’s story has been told before, including two VH1 “Behind the Music” specials, a scripted VH1 movie in 2013 and 2023 documentary “TLC Forever.” The innovative Grammy-winning group has experienced no shortage of drama, including financial problems, internal creative tensions and the 2002 death of Lisa “Left Eye” Lopes .
