A Cobb County man has been sentenced to life in prison plus 20 years for crimes he pleaded guilty to committing against a child.
Cooper Hamilton, 20, admitted to 25 counts of aggravated child molestation and sexual exploitation of children, according to a news release from the office of Cobb County District Attorney Sonya Allen.
The FBI tipped off the Cobb County Police Department that Hamilton had been producing and sharing illegal material involving a minor on the dark web in 2024. Upon investigation, police found more than 100 videos filmed between 2020 and November 2023 by Hamilton depicting “repeated acts of abuse.”…
