Duluth father found guilty in death of 9-week-old daughter, sentenced to life in prison, DA says

ATLANTA, Ga. (Atlanta News First) – A Duluth man was convicted on murder charges in the death of his 9-week-old daughter, prosecutors announced Tuesday.

Khaliq Woods, 29, was convicted of two counts of felony murder, one count of aggravated battery, and one count of first-degree cruelty to children in the death of Kamila Woods, his infant daughter, in November 2019, according to the Gwinnett County District Attorney’s Office.
