DECATUR, Ga. — A DeKalb County jury convicted two young men of murder and multiple other charges in the fatal 2023 shooting of a man during an armed robbery at a gas station outside of Decatur.

Quavion Hale, 20, and Stantavis Reese, 18, were both found guilty of malice murder, two counts of felony murder, armed robbery, aggravated assault, and possession of a firearm during the commission of a felony in connection with the death of 20-year-old Akhir Muhammad.
