Marietta Man Arrested After Disturbance at Kennestone ER

William Thomas Stout, 31, of Marietta, is charged with disorderly conduct and simple assault fear by causing a scene in the lobby of Kennestone Hospital’s emergency room on April 20 at 10 p.m., according to an arrest warrant from the Marietta Police Department.

Stout caused his nurse to be in fear of her safety by acting in an erratic and obscene manner, cursing at her and hitting a chair with his fists. Stout is also accused of screaming obscenities in the lobby with at least one child in the vicinity, according to the warrant.

Stout is charged with obstruct/hinder emergency medical technician; simple assault fear; and disorderly conduct – abusive words. He was arrested on April 20 at 10:15 p.m. and booked into the Cobb County Adult Detention Center, according to jail records…
