ATLANTA — A Lyft driver has been arrested and charged after allegedly shooting a passenger during a dispute in front of Atlantic Station early Monday morning, according to arrest warrants and Atlanta Police.
The shooting happened around 2:13 a.m. on April 28 at the intersection of District Avenue and 18th Street NW. Police said the incident began with an argument between the driver and the passenger in a rideshare vehicle operated by Lyft.
