Andrew Rickey Lee, 22, of Marietta, is accused of assaulting a woman on April 21 at 10:05 a.m. at an apartment at the Gables Mill apartment complex, 926 Akers Ridge Drive in Atlanta, according to an arrest warrant from the Cobb County Police Department.
Lee climbed up the second story balcony and entered the apartment without permission. The victim heard the commotion of Lee climbing up the balcony, exited the shower naked and encountered Lee in the living room. Lee then chased the woman as she ran toward the front door to escape. Lee was able to get a hold of her in the breezeway and struck her in the face multiple times, leaving her cheek swollen with dried blood near her mouth, according to the warrant.
Lee took the woman’s iPhone 12 out of her hand during the assault and threw it off the breezeway. He then ran off to retrieve the phone and left the scene on foot. The phone’s value was $1,000.
