Atlanta comedian David Perdue has consistently found that no matter what race, age or religion, laughter can never fail in bringing unlikely people together, even in the most volatile of circumstances.
“A lot of the times, we don’t know who else is in the room. We don’t know they background,” he notes. “We don’t know what they’ve been through, but when we all laugh … it’s like a slimmer of hope that I feel, because for a moment, it’s like everyone is together.”
