Marlon Rafael Aquino, 29, of Mableton, is charged with kidnapping and assaulting a pregnant woman on May 2 at 7:17 a.m. at 455 Pat Mell Road SW in Marietta, according to an arrest warrant from the Cobb County Police Department.
The warrant accuses Aquino of forcing the woman to remain in a dark gray 2009 Honda Accord by holding her arm and pulling her as she was attempting to exit the parked vehicle.
He then reportedly accelerated the car with the front passenger door still open, causing it to shut. Aquino drove around the area for an unknown amount of time before pulling the victim out of the car by her hair at a location south of Windy Hill Road and between Austell Road and Favor Road, according to the warrant…
