A GROUP of fed-up homeowners say they have been fighting the same road-blocking problem for decades, and it keeps coming back no matter how many times they call the tow trucks.
Junked-up cars have been clogging their narrow street, with residents claiming it’s all tied to illegal car repair businesses hiding in plain sight.
