12 people arrested at Cobb County nail salon by federal agents for ‘working unlawfully’ in US

COBB COUNTY, Ga. — Twelve people were arrested Wednesday at a nail salon in Cobb County, Homeland Security Investigations said.

A post by HSI Atlanta on X said the 12 people were taken into custody for “working unlawfully” in the U.S. Hiring such workers, HSI said, “is a federal crime that undermines fair labor, exploits the vulnerable, and threatens public safety. Employers will be held accountable.”
