Four people have been arrested in connection with a Monday drive-by shooting on Allgood Road in east Cobb, according to the Cobb County Police Department.
Just before 3:30 a.m., officers responded to reports of shots fired outside a residence near the corner of Allgood and East Piedmont roads. The homeowners told police they were asleep and awoke to the sound of gunshots, according to Cobb Police Sgt. Eric Smith. Residents said “they had no issues with anyone and did not know who would have done this,” Smith said.
Officials say the residence was struck several times by gunfire, but no one was injured…
