Justice Hampton, 30, of Austell, is accused of throwing a tire iron at a man after a heated verbal dispute became physical and also trying to hit the victim with a 2020 Nissan Versa on June 4 at 3:41 p.m. at a residence at 7031 Ivy Pointe Row in Austell, according to an arrest warrant from the Cobb County Police Department.
