ATLANTA — A Georgia family is finally getting the chance to lay to rest a mom who died after carrying her baby for months while lying in a hospital bed as she was brain dead.
Family, friends and loved ones are set to gather to remember Adriana Smith at Fairfield Baptist Church in Lithonia at noon on Saturday. Her infant son was born prematurely by C-section earlier this month.
