The Atlanta police officer who shot and killed Rayshard Brooks is under investigation again after he allegedly assaulted a bar worker.
According to WSB, Officer Garrett Rolfe, who evaded charges in Brooks’ 2020 fatal police shooting, is currently on paid leave following his involvement in a fight at Bar 10 in midtown Atlanta on Sunday (June 29).
Witnesses said the altercation unfolded after Rolfe’s friend accused a bartender of overcharging for drinks. An argument ensued, and a bar worker, identified as Raefeal “Ray” Penrice, escorted Rolfe and his friend outside.
