Man charged with locking kids in hot car at Cumberland Mall

A Snellville man was charged with two counts of second degree child cruelty after police say he locked two kids inside a hot car in the parking lot of Cumberland Mall.

The Cobb County Police Department released body camera footage of the incident, which reportedly occurred June 4.
