ATLANTA, Ga. (Atlanta News First) – The City of Atlanta is seeking developers to remodel an elementary school site in Lakewood Heights into affordable housing.
The city released a request for qualifications for developers Thursday, seeking to transform the former Lakewood Heights Elementary School into retail and affordable housing.
