Orlando Montoya: Atlanta-area landlords are receiving subpoenas from immigration authorities demanding they turn over tenant information, including leases and IDs. The requests are a sign the Trump administration is targeting landlords to assist in its drive for mass deportations. The subpoena are not signed by judges and raise legal concerns about compliance and potential violations of the Fair Housing Act.
