Man convicted, sentenced in deadly shooting at MARTA Arts Center station, DA says

ATLANTA, Ga. (Atlanta News First) – A man was sentenced to life in prison for shooting a co-worker to death at the MARTA Arts Center station last year, according to prosecutors.

On Friday, June 27, a jury found Xavier Mosley guilty of all nine counts against him including felony murder, the Fulton County District Attorney’s Office said in a press release Wednesday.

Judge Robert McBurney then sentenced Mosley to life without the possibility of parole.
