Herbert Sharpe Massey, 36, of Norcross, is accused of impersonating a Cobb police officer on July 15 at 7:30 p.m. at The Battery Atlanta, according to an arrest warrant from the Smyrna Police Department.
Massey forcefully pushed himself between two Marietta-Cobb-Smyrna narcotics agents on a sidewalk by the Red Deck.
When the incident occurred, Massey placed his hands on one of the agents resulting in a confrontation. He initially presented himself in a violent and tumultuous manner where he began to advance on the agent.
