Mariah Baez, 17, of Marietta, is accused of lying in road, hitting her head on the road repeatedly and yelling that she would kill everyone in her house, including her two-year-old son, on Aug. 3 at 9:19 p.m. at a Marietta residence, according to an arrest warrant from the Cobb County Police Department.
Baez had a strong odor of alcohol coming from her, was unsteady on her feet and had a difficult time standing without assistance. She also kicked an officer while being escorted to a patrol vehicle, according to the warrant.
Baez is charged with public drunk; obstruction felony; and possession – under age consumption. She was arrested on Aug. 3 at 11 p.m. and booked into the Cobb County Adult Detention Center, according to jail records…
