Romanzo Dennard Brown, 47, of Atlanta, is accused of robbing the Wells Fargo Bank, 5010 Floyd Road in Mableton, of $419 in cash on Aug. 1 at 9:11 a.m., according to an arrest warrant from the Cobb County Police Department.
Brown presented a 15-second countdown timer on his cell phone and threatened a bank employee stating that there would be consequences and gestured toward his pocket. The employee thought he may have a gun based on the gesture. Brown told the woman that this was not a game and she had 15 seconds to give him money. Brown retrieved the money that the employee placed into a bag and left the bank on foot, according to the warrant.
Brown is charged with robbery intimidation. He was arrested on Aug. 6 at 11:30 p.m. and booked into the Cobb County Adult Detention Center, according to jail records…
