Many CDC workers working remotely, some returned Thursday to pay tribute to slain officer

ATLANTA, Ga. (Atlanta News First) – Thursday marks six days since the fatal shooting outside the CDC.

Many employees are still dealing with the trauma of what happened with the shooting and are working remotely.

One employee, Daniel Perry, came back Thursday for the very first time to pay tribute to Officer David Rose, who was killed in the shooting. The suspect, 30-year-old Patrick Joseph White, shot and killed himself during the incident, according to the Georgia Bureau of Investigation…
