Christopher Lee Rodgers, 29 of Atlanta, was arrested in Rome when he was allegedly found with a large amount of drugs after crashing his car near the intersection of Blacks Bluff and Old Bluff Roads.
Reports said that Rodgers was driving at a high rate of speed while under the influence of narcotics when he left the roadway and struck a tree.
