A suspect is in custody after police say he fired multiple shots at a car inside a Marietta apartment complex.
Telly Handspike, 30, of Lawrenceville, is accused of firing 18 rounds from a rifle at a 2014 Ford Fusion inside the Westminster Apartment Complex, at 2401 Windy Hill Road.
