ACWORTH, Ga. — A man falsely accused of attempting to kidnap a young girl inside a Walmart is now seeking damages from the City of Acworth.
Mahendra Patel was arrested in March after a woman named Caroline Miller filed a police report alleging he tried to take her 2-year-old child while she was shopping at a Walmart on Cobb Parkway.
